LED Truck Rental Prices in Malaysia (2026)
These are the direct rates for our 17-ft LED truck in 2026: the same six packages shown in the pricing table on our homepage. Every package includes the truck, a driver, and fuel and toll within 250 km per trip. You book with us directly, so there is no agency in between.

All packages: truck + driver + fuel & toll (250km/trip). Sunday bookings are quoted at the weekend rate.
What every package includes

- 9 hours a day, including a 1-hour break. Extra hours can be arranged on request.

- An on-site content operator, on request, as a paid add-on.

- Your ad content (video or image); If it's an event: stage, permits, sound, manpower & everything else event-related
- Content format
- Ad content — MP4 video or JPG/PNG image, 896 × 512 px (7:4), looped on screen. 1080p and 4K files are scaled automatically.
Distance: the 250 km rule
Each trip includes up to 250 km of travel, with fuel and toll covered. Excess distance is billed on top. We're based in Klang Valley and cover Peninsular Malaysia.
Weekday or weekend
The 1-day rate applies Monday to Saturday, and the 2-day package is for weekdays. For a Saturday-and-Sunday booking, use the Weekend package. Sunday bookings are quoted at the weekend rate.
Deposit and payment
A 30% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due before deployment. We recommend booking about 30 days ahead to secure your preferred date and route.
Booking direct vs through an agency
Agency packages for the same truck can be 1.5× to 3× higher because of management and production markup. You book direct, so you don't pay it.
