Live-Show IMAG Screen — 2-Day Mini Concert, Kuala Lumpur

Objective

Give everyone at a two-day outdoor mini concert by a Malaysian pop act a clear view of the stage — including the people at the back — with an outdoor-ready live-feed screen, without the truss, rigging, or generator hire a rented LED wall needs.

Location & route

Kuala Lumpur — a single fixed position at the outdoor concert site for both days. We delivered the truck and positioned it so the screen faced the audience.

Deployment

Two days, with a driver on site throughout. The event crew sent their camera feed to the truck, and the 3.5m × 2m LED screen showed the performers close up in real time — in live-event terms, the truck was the concert's IMAG screen, powered by its onboard silent genset. Stage, sound, lighting, camera, crowd control, and permits were all arranged by the event company; we supplied the truck and driver.

Outcome

The screen was ready as soon as the truck parked — no build-up or tear-down, no external power, and at 5,000 nits the picture stayed visible in daylight. For the production company it was a mobile stage screen rental with one supplier, one invoice, and a fixed 2-day rate. A good fit for event agencies and production crews who already have a crew: event truck rental for mini concerts, album launches, fan meets, showcases, and roadshow performances.
