Event Truck Rental for Live Events & Concerts

At an outdoor show, the people at the back see the stage as a few small figures. A live-feed screen fixes that: your crew sends their camera feed to the event truck, and the 3.5m × 2m screen shows the performers close up in real time. In live-event terms, the truck is your IMAG screen — the same job a rented LED wall does, without the truss, rigging, or build-up time.

Between sets, the same screen works as a backdrop for visuals, sponsor loops, or a countdown. In the days before the show, the truck can also rove the surrounding area as pre-event promotion, then park at the venue on the day.

The scope is simple. We supply the truck, the screen, the driver, and the onboard genset. You or your event company supply the stage, sound, lighting, camera, permits, and crew. Event production companies, concert promoters, artist management, festival organisers, and fan-meet and showcase organisers all book it this way — and event agencies are welcome to rent the screen for their own productions.
