Public announcements and community programmes usually run into the same problem: the venue — a field, an open ground, a community hall car park — has no power point, and hiring a separate generator and screen setup adds cost and setup time you don't have on an event day. The truck's self-contained genset means the screen just needs a parking spot, not a power source, so it can serve fields, community halls, and open grounds anywhere without site prep.

This use case covers a wide range of what we run: public service announcements, community outreach programmes, night market and community night screenings — movies, sports broadcasts, live event relays — and local council or resident-committee-organised events where a big, bright screen visible to a crowd standing outdoors is the whole point. Brightness at 5,000 nits keeps content legible even under evening event lighting or before full dark, and the screen size — 3.5m × 2m — is built for a standing crowd rather than a small huddle around a TV.

For night screenings specifically, we position the truck so the screen faces the seating or standing area directly, ideally with the crowd's back to any competing light source such as streetlights or other event lighting — let us know the ground layout in advance and we'll suggest the best orientation and parking spot for visibility.

Government and community bookings often come with fixed event dates set by a council or committee calendar, sometimes with shorter lead times than commercial bookings. We can usually accommodate faster turnarounds for these if the date and location are confirmed early, even if the full content is still being finalised.
